VEN is not send its reporting capabilities to the VTN during registration

Nice project but I have an issue. The VEN is successfully register to my VTN. It keeps to poll as well. However, the VEN is not report its reporting capabilities to my VTN during the registration so, my VTN can not send report request to the VEN since it does not know its reporting capabilities.

I see that the current version of the example VEN has the add_report lines commented out, which would mean that no reports are actually available from the VEN. That would explain why the ven doesn't report any reports to the VTN.

I will update the example VEN this week with a more complete example that also uses the more recent version of openleadr. Thanks.
