Bridge the gap between the PEFT-emitting minicpm5-finetune-* skills and GGUF runtimes (llama.cpp / Ollama / LM Studio / MiniCPM Desk Pet), which load a GGUF LoRA adapter via --lora rather than a .safetensors PEFT dir.

The new skill documents:

  • converting a PEFT adapter with convert_lora_to_gguf.py (verified flags)
  • the base-path gotcha: adapter_config.json records the training machine's absolute path, so --base / --base-model-id must override it locally
  • testing with llama-server --lora on a quantized base
  • uploading the .gguf in MiniCPM Desk Pet's custom-LoRA flow

Wire it into the navigation: add a shortcut + a "next step" section in the minicpm5-finetune router, and a LoRA-as-GGUF pointer in minicpm5-deploy-llama-cpp.
