Update README project structure diagram to match current repository layout

The README’s project structure diagram had drifted from the actual repository, including missing files and stale entries. This update aligns the diagram with the current tree so contributors can rely on it for navigation and onboarding.

• Scope

  • Refreshed the Project Structure section in README.md to reflect the present top-level and src layout.

• Workflow and config updates

  • Added missing workflow entries: firebase-hosting-merge.yml, firebase-hosting-pull-request.yml.
  • Added missing root config files: .firebaserc, firebase.json, pyproject.toml, uv.lock.

• Source tree corrections

  • Added missing data/template/include assets (e.g., src/_data/site.js, src/_includes/layouts/base.njk, github-ribbon.njk, seo-meta.njk, robots.njk, sitemap.njk, src/assets/img/github-fork-me.png).
  • Removed stale src/assets/js/phaser.bundle.js from the diagram.
  • Updated inline annotations for clarity and consistency.
