What

The owner deleted 14 repositories on 2026-10-01. This drops every reference to them from the organization inventory:

  • repo-manifest.yaml: 14 rows removed, the names recorded under inventory_summary.deleted_repositories, counts corrected to 43 total / 43 active / none archived, and the public_repositories list trimmed.
  • manifest-local-policy.yaml: the two manifest_only entries that named deleted repositories (contracts-autonomous-release-canary, orggenome-compiler) are gone. The generator rejects a manifest_only policy for a repository that is not in the manifest.
  • scripts/generate-helm-ecosystem-map.rb: dead names removed from the group and "Where to start" lists.
  • README.md counts and CHANGELOG.md.

Deleted: app-developer-portal, contracts-autonomous-release-canary, contracts-autonomous-release-lab, demo-repository, helm-compiler-lab, integration-ai-flows, orggenome-compiler, platform-agent-capabilities, platform-mcp-registry, platform-policies, platform-templates, svc-agent-control-plane, svc-high-risk-loop-bridge, worker-helm-launch-worker.

svc-helm-certification and integration-agent-evals are not deleted and keep their rows.

Why it is urgent

The ECP check inventory.manifest-vs-org blocks on a manifest row whose repository is gone (manifest_row_stale). Against the live org it reported 17 blocking findings before this change: 14 stale rows and 3 older drifts.

Verification

Run locally in a worktree on origin/main (LC_ALL=en_US.UTF-8):

  • make check: lint plus 16 Python tests, green.
  • make lint with workspace context: generate-helm-ecosystem-map.rb --check ("HELM ecosystem map is current") and the headless UI reference scan pass.
  • ecp check --check inventory.manifest-vs-org against the live org (REST GET only): 17 findings before, 3 after.

The 3 left are older than this change and are not caused by the deletions: helm-skeleton-sandbox has no manifest row, and platform-actions (public) and mindburn-infra (private) are listed as internal. All three are fixable by the nightly ecp fix, so they are left out of this PR to keep the protected repo-manifest.yaml change limited to the deletions.

Follow-ups

The three generated copies of helm-ecosystem-directory-map.md (docs, docs-engineering-handbook, docs_for_team) are regenerated in their own PRs.

Refs HELM-900

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

…M-900)

Removes app-developer-portal, contracts-autonomous-release-canary,
contracts-autonomous-release-lab, demo-repository, helm-compiler-lab,
integration-ai-flows, orggenome-compiler, platform-agent-capabilities,
platform-mcp-registry, platform-policies, platform-templates,
svc-agent-control-plane, svc-high-risk-loop-bridge and
worker-helm-launch-worker from repo-manifest.yaml, records them under
inventory_summary.deleted_repositories and corrects the summary counts
(43 total, 43 active, none archived). The ECP check
inventory.manifest-vs-org blocks on a manifest row whose repository is
gone, so this has to land with the deletion.

Also drops the two manifest_only policy entries that named deleted
repositories (contracts-autonomous-release-canary, orggenome-compiler),
removes the dead names from the ecosystem-map group and routing lists, and
brings the README counts and the CHANGELOG in line.

svc-helm-certification and integration-agent-evals are not deleted and keep
their rows.
