This application will take a user's input of a Binary, Decimal or Hexadecimal convert it to the contrary.
Option 1 will convert a Binary number to Decimal and Hexidecimal values. Option 2 will convert a Decimal number to Binary and Hexidecimal values. Option 3 will convert a Hexidecimal number to Decimal and Binary values.
When the user is finished, they may select Option 4 to 'exit' the program.
