Feature Request: Delete emails after processing

I have the very nice dupReport running here, it has a dedicated email account, which I seldom check.
It would be nice if the dupReport run also cleaned out the emails, so they don't pile up, maybe added with a switch?

Hi @fribse, thanks for your note. I've always tried to keep dupReport as non-destructive as possible, including marking emails as read but not deleting them. This was based on the idea that everyone uses their email account(s) differently and I didn't want to dictate any particular operating method. It also allows you to re-run the program if necessary if something goes wrong.

I also have a dedicated email account for backup messages (which I also rarely check), and if it's any consolation I have 38,000+ messages in that. Maybe it's time for a clean-up? :-)

That all being said, dupReport is long overdue for a refresh/update, so I will keep this on the suggestion list and see if there is a way to incorporate it as a new feature. Stay tuned.
