Question about pyvium

Hi Alejandro,

I use the following function to save my data on an specific path: 'Core.IV_savedata(mypath)'. However, regardless of my method stating 5 scans, only 1 scan is stored on the data file generated. Is there a way to have all the scans on the same file or to create multiple files for each scan?

Hello @zapiai81,
The Core.IV_savedata(mypath) function comes directly from the DLL as is, and it only saves a single scan per file (the last one).
However, we can work around this by using:

get_data_point_from_scan(data_point_index, scan_index), which internally calls Core.IV_getdatafromline to retrieve data from previous scans by specifying the scan_index.

I’ll keep this issue open for a future function that can handle this more automatically.
