Explained in the example screenshot above. The ones "placed after" would just NOT play at all if there's already an event after it that was placed long ago.

Discovered during writing this issue, the events "placed after" will only take effect when the events "placed first" ends

    NEVERMIND, apparently closing the chartmaker and then opening it again solves the problem. But it REALLY shouldn't be that way.
