Hello, can I ask for assistance. Im new to all this stuff. what Im trying to do with using Lexer config is to highlight specific words/combos in different colors for much easier games mods crash log view. but whenever I try to add second color on a new line it stops the first color from working and makes only second one to work. could I ask for assistance of how to properly do it ?
If I try to edit it to capital E, or add a simple spave after second line, first one (red color) stops working.

That's completely normal during configuration. My reasoning was that this is the easiest way to see what's being matched.
Once you save and close the configuration, all regular expressions should be processed one after another.
Unfortunately, i am experiencing horrific performance issues with Notepad++ v8.9.7 when used in conjunction with the TextFX2 plugin. With version v2.0.3. With version v1.4.1 it seems there is no such problem.
If i open the npp FindReplaceDlg.cpp source code file - scrolling, selecting, and clicking - all lag, with a delay of about 2 seconds between actions.
If i turn off TextFX2, the delay is significantly lower and feels almost normal (it feels like it's 10 times lower).
This review is for JoyHak. His EnhanceAnyLexer settings, which he presented here, work well in the Notepad++ build configuration he distributes on his page, along with the version of TextFX2 he also distributes there. However, as soon as i update TextFX2 to any version higher than 1.4.1, a performance drop occurs. This is a problem with the newer versions of TextFX2 combined with his EnhanceAnyLexer settings. I'm simply reporting about existence of this problem. Personally, I preferred to roll back to TextFX2 1.4.1 rather than choose between EnhanceAnyLexer or TextFX2. In fact, I was surprised that new versions of TextFX2 exist, as the author said he would no longer work on updates. I have no problems with EnhanceAnyLexer, great plugin.

I don't quite understand the problem.
If you're having trouble with TextFX, how can we help you here?
Or did I misunderstand you?
