ENEEDAUTH persists with a clean env: registry silently rejects the OIDC exchange. Log HTTP to surface the exchange response; explicitly empty NODE_AUTH_TOKEN (setup-node can inject a default placeholder).

Surfaces the registry's OIDC token-exchange response (--loglevel http) and neutralizes any injected NODE_AUTH_TOKEN default. Nothing published yet; retag v1.5.0 after merge.
