Activate projects from sidebar headers - #67

Conversation
Separate project activation from right-edge disclosure, preserving scoped keyboard folding and project focus anchors. Reveal explicitly selected sessions during held ordering without releasing other project snapshots. Cover activation reuse, delayed startup, drafts, disclosure geometry and keyboard behavior; update existing selectors and keyboard documentation.

now that we removed the project buttons in the sidebar (and replaced them with the context menu), it’s kinda ass to make the project active if it doesnt’ have any non-archived sessions. i was thinking maybe we switch to the project by clicking on the header (which would create a new session if there were none before)? and to collapse/expand project, you will need to click at exactly the chevron icon.
let’s make a gallery first
