Consider using uberjar to support Windows builds#2

clj-kondo publishes uberjars on the Github releases page which can be used as a drop-in replacement for the native version:

java -jar clj-kondo-...-standalone.jar --lint src

Alternatively you could install @filipesilva's npm package which uses the uberjar on Windows:

https://github.com/filipesilva/clj-kondo
