When expectations are matched out of order and a call matches an expectation by its sql but not by its arguments, sqlmock skipped that expectation and only reported "was not expected", so there was no way to see why the arguments did not line up.
Ordered matching already returns the detailed "arguments do not match" error, which prints both the expected and the actual received values. This makes the unordered path do the same by remembering the closest argument mismatch and appending it to the error when nothing else matches.
Added a test covering both Exec and Query in unordered mode.
