Summary

• Feature: Add federation_id across the stack:
  • Database schema: new federation_id column (see migration notes).
  • database_api and hub endpoints: accept and return federation_id.
• Feature: Add alias column in the database.
• Refactor: Normalize/clean file paths and directory names across modules.
• Fix: Correct scenario_name in the response returned by “run scenario”.
• Fix: Stabilize logs directory path (including processes) and address path concurrency issues.
• Chore: Rename wrong/mis-typed directories.
