As we close the CoreSense project, we are checking that every repository of the organisation includes the EU funding acknowledgement, which is required for results funded by the grant (Grant Agreement, Article 17.2), and a license file. This PR adds:
README.mdwith the EU funding acknowledgement (the repository had no README)LICENSEfile with the Apache-2.0 license, the one declared in thepackage.xmlfiles or, when there are none, the license recommended for CoreSense software (Grant Agreement and D5.1)If this repository should use a different license, please tell us or change it before merging.
Please merge it if you agree. Thank you!
