[FIX] 관리자 운동 참여 취소 API path 개선

관리자 운동 참여 취소 API가 DELETE body의 isGuest에 의존하지 않도록 path를 개선합니다.

배경

현재 DELETE /exercises/{exerciseId}/participants/{participantId}가 request body의 isGuest 값으로 member/guest 취소를 분기합니다.

근거

• src/main/java/umc/cockple/demo/domain/exercise/controller/ExerciseController.java:128-139
• src/main/java/umc/cockple/demo/domain/exercise/dto/ExerciseCancelDTO.java:9-13

문제점

• DELETE body는 클라이언트/프록시 호환성이 낮음
• participantId가 memberId인지 guestId인지 path만 보고 알기 어려움

수정 방향

• 신규 path 추가 검토
  • /exercises/{exerciseId}/participants/members/{memberId}
  • /exercises/{exerciseId}/participants/guests/{guestId}
• 기존 path는 호환성을 위해 유지하거나 deprecated 처리
• 신규 path 통합 테스트 추가
• Swagger/OpenAPI 문서 갱신

완료 조건

• DELETE body 없이 관리자 취소가 가능하다
• member 취소와 guest 취소 path 의미가 명확하다
• 기존 클라이언트 호환성 전략이 문서화된다
