snowflake-sdk@1.9.3 depends on @azure/storage-blob ^12.11.0, and the gitignored yarn.lock is resolved fresh in CI (yarn --update-checksums, not frozen). Azure published 12.33.0 which requires node >=22, breaking the node 20.19 CI with "Found incompatible module". …ules Module lists in the per-cloud rule files were copy-pasted boilerplate that no longer matched the actual core modules/sql directories (e.g. Postgres has only h3/quadbin; Redshift native SQL has no h3).
