This course should cover the following sections:

• Profiling and debugging tools (Add profiling section #23);
• Subviews (done);
• Atomic operations and scatter views (First draft for the section on atomics #34);
• Hierarchical parallelism (tough one);

Lower priority:

• Effect of layout;
• Kernels:
  • How kernels are launched;
  • Functors;

Idea to move the "Extending loop policies" and "Parallel reductions" in the intermediate course and move "Profiling and debugging tools" in the basic course.
