Describe the issue
Several groups of related items are styled or written as lists without list markup. One Open Source list also contains a nested list directly, without an enclosing list item. Screen reader users therefore lose the item count and grouping conveyed visually.
Affected findings
Audit row 58: Options under "For DOI Services" on the FAQ page should be a list.
Audit rows 68, 69, and 70: Three groups of items in Learn accordion section 04 should use list markup.
Audit row 74: An Open Source <ul> directly contains another <ul> instead of placing the nested list inside an <li>.
Expected behavior
Assistive technology announces related content as lists with the correct item count and nesting.
WCAG Standard
WCAG SC 1.3.1 Info and Relationships, Level A
Recommended Fix
Use <ul> and <li> elements for each identified group. On the Open Source page, place the nested list inside the parent item it belongs to.
Acceptance Criteria
The identified FAQ and Learn content is exposed as valid lists.
The Open Source list has valid parent and child list structure.
Automated HTML and accessibility checks report no list-structure errors for these components.
