`termux-clipboard-get` does not work when not on Termux app

workarounds the restriction introduced in Android 10 to require app being in foreground to access its clipboard content. This tool should works fine for lower Android versions too. Note that the screen must be turned on and user session unlocked to retrieve clipboard content. This tool does not temporarily show an app in foreground to workaround this restriction.

By parsing UI can maybe retrieve its content.
