MAINT: Drop the BPN_REPORT_N_JOBS fallback and the epoch_tlimes alias - #66

Nothing BPN-specific belongs in pybemobil: the report reads only PYBEMOBIL_REPORT_N_JOBS. The misspelled EpochPreparer(epoch_tlimes=...) is removed without a deprecation period; use epoch_tlims.
