MAINT: Prepare 0.2.0 release - #65

Move the unreleased changes and everything merged since 0.1.0 into a 0.2.0 section of whats_new.rst, with behaviour changes, removals and bug fixes listed separately, and set version and release date in CITATION.cff. The minor version reflects that results and some parameters change compared with 0.1.0.
