This looks okay when I inspect it. The action is a bit strict, since it sees your repository is avo_ibo and your package name is avogadro-ibo.

I'll post some notes on the repository, since you can get the charge and spin directly from the cjson sent to the plugin.

True. I should remove the charge and spin options, since those can be set in the Molecular Properties window. It wasn't until I was a bit along in the development when I saw that.
