Subset of the Renovate updates in #1787. Left out:

• CSharpier.Core 1.3.0: pulls Microsoft.CodeAnalysis.Common 5.3.0 (NU1608 against the pinned Microsoft.CodeAnalysis.CSharp 4.14.0) and removes CodeFormatterResult.CompilationErrors used by SourceGenerator tests.
• Moq 4.21.0: new nullable annotations on It.Is predicates give CS8602 errors in tests when warnings are treated as errors (CI=true).
