👋 Getting a visualization of a supervisor tree!

The question here is

• how to achieve a visualization of a supervision tree
• using Qt
• maybe or maybe not using CAF widget mixin mechanism
• build together 💪.

idea here, would be to use caf::mixin::actor_widget however, this imposes some difficulty, since the actor tree will be already spanned by the original interface.

thing that is being needed would be a separate interface. like to build the actor/supervisor tree and afterwards, get some qt representation from it. however to make the qt integration work, also event handling must be enabled.
