Hi @Murphytron , do we still need to wait for this call to have a final verdict on the hex/decimal format? As per discussed with Metamask/ Consensys team, they also agree with the Decimal format (matches what they ship internally).

We have to confirm our final decision on ChainAgnostic/namespaces#170 and sync with Walletconnect to flip PR 170 to decimal (I believe this would be the easiest path compared to closing 170 and modifying PR 162 ).
