Add website spilt tunnel

When browsing with a browser, sometimes we need to open sites inside Iran. Please add this feature to the program so that traffic can be separated with sites inside Iran and sites outside Iran

@mohammadpeyvand — already supported via the passthrough_hosts config field. Add Iranian sites you want to access directly (without the Apps Script relay) to that list:

Entries use suffix matching (no leading dot needed for exact match; .foo.com matches both foo.com and bar.foo.com). The single entry ".ir" matches every *.ir domain — passes Iranian sites through directly via raw TCP without going through the proxy chain.

After editing config.json, restart mhrv-rs.

For the reverse — sites you want to FORCE through Apps Script even when they'd normally SNI-rewrite — that's what PR #977's relay_url_patterns does. Currently in community testing.
