Your purpose in using this API:
Building an offline Android hadith-reading app (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose) covering Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim. The data will be bundled into the app itself for offline use, not queried live at runtime.
API rate limits:
- Maximum requests per second: 1
- Maximum requests per day: 100
Is your use case better served by having an offline dump of hadith data or programmatic API access?
Offline dump — the app needs the full text bundled locally for offline reading, not live queries.
What are the languages in which would you like hadith data?
Arabic only.
What programming language will your API client be in?
None required if an offline dump is provided; otherwise Rust, for a one-time import script.
