Improve web search

Possible improvements for the Scopus/IEEE search:

• the UX of adding publications from search to a list is not intuitive... at least, we have to move the button from the bottom right corner to a more visible place
• is it possible to order the results (e.g., by year)?
• paging does not work
• fix the error when the search query does not return any results
• better documentation of how to create a query
  • more examples (e.g., filter by year of publication)
  • more direct links to the Scopus/IEEE documentation (e.g., this)
