Describe the feature
Now that Mercurial 7.0.1 is available, which can run under Python 3.13, it's possible to update LfMerge to .NET 10. The official dotnet images for .NET 10 use Debian Trixie which comes with Python 3.13, so as long as we were running Mercurial 6.5.1 we would have had to install an older Python in order to run LfMerge.
The advantage of updating to .NET 10 would be simpler integration with LexBox, and just keeping up with LTS releases of .NET.
