TRANSITION CHOPPY

I have attempted multiple prompts now but it appears that the one video has been chopped for the same sequence when editing leaving it looking very choppy. Any suggestions to fix?

Usually it's one of these four:

1. If you're using <Video>, switch to <OffthreadVideo>. It extracts exact frames during render instead of seeking a playing video, which is the classic cause of stutter.
2. Make sure the composition's fps matches your source footage. 24fps footage in a 30fps composition judders.
3. With <TransitionSeries>, the transition overlaps both sequences, so each sequence needs enough frames to cover it, otherwise frames get cut.
4. Check the rendered MP4, not just the preview. The Studio preview can stutter while the actual render is smooth.

If none of those fix it, share the composition code for the transition and the fps of your source video.
