Issue downloading a subset of PO.DAAC data

Hi,

I usually use HiTIDE or the PO.DAAC Python tools to download data. However, for approximately the last six months, I have not been able to download a subset of an area using the attached code. Instead, the downloader seems to download all the global data available.

Is there any way to fix this or properly specify the spatial subset?

For example, I am using:

podaac-data-downloader -c QUIKSCAT_ESDR_L3_WIND_STRESS_V1.0 -d ./data --start-date 2005-01-01T00:00:00Z --end-date 2005-01-02T00:00:00Z -b="-75,-40,-70,-30"

I would like to download only the data within the specified bounding box rather than the entire global dataset.
