pkgforge/soar-dl migrated into pkgforge/soar?

https://github.com/pkgforge/soar-dl was archived in Oct 2025, but there was nothing provided there as a final update/reference for why the archive occurred?

I looked around and found crates/soar-dl in this repo where the changelog implies it didn't have a history prior? Is it just consolidation into a monorepo?

soar-dl was archived and consolidated into main soar repo as part of a large refactor. It was to reduce binary duplication by making soar-dl a library for soar rather than maintaining it as a separate binary. Will restore the changelog to properly document the history.
