Web: connect machines added to the account after onboarding, as mobile does

Problem

I added a third machine to my T3 Connect account (t3 connect, linked, reachable). The mobile app showed it right away. app.t3.codes didn't offer it for new threads: only the two machines I had when I first set up that browser appeared. It only showed up after I went to Settings → Connections and clicked Connect on it, which I didn't know I had to do.

In the code, CloudEnvironmentConnectRows auto-connects discovered machines only during onboarding selection (selectNewComputers returns early without a selection). After that, a new machine on the account needs a manual Connect per browser.

Proposal

When discovery finds a machine on the account that this browser has never seen, the web app connects it the way onboarding does. That matches mobile.

• Keep a per-browser list of machines the user removed on purpose, so auto-connect doesn't bring those back.
• Machines that report an incompatible protocol stay unconnected with the existing "unsupported" hint, as in onboarding.
• A small toast ("New machine connected: mika-imac-wohnzimmer") would make it visible.

If you'd rather keep it manual, a hint where the machine is missing would help, for example a "1 more machine on your account, connect it" row in the environment picker.
