Option to use separate model and effort pickers (instead of the combined picker)

What changed
The composer now uses one combined control for picking the model and the reasoning effort. Before, these were two separate pickers.

The request
Please add a setting, something like Settings → Composer → "Separate model and effort pickers", that brings back the old layout. The combined picker can stay the default.

Why the separate pickers worked better for me

• Changing effort took one click. I change effort far more often than I change model, sometimes several times in one thread. Now I have to open the combined menu and find the effort part every time.
• Both choices were visible at a glance. Two controls showed the model and the effort side by side. In the combined control they compete for one small space, and the effort is easy to miss, whether it's shown as a label or as bars.
• Muscle memory. I built habits around the old layout, and the combined one keeps tripping me up.
• They're two separate decisions. Picking a model and picking how hard it thinks happen at different times, so they don't need to share one menu.

Possible alternatives if a full toggle is too much

• A keyboard shortcut to cycle effort without opening the menu
• Showing an effort control next to the model name, outside the dropdown

Having same issue i dont like the current combined layout styling for model picker it looks ugly did u find any solution?
