It seems version 3.0.0 stable was, for some reason, not tagged on Packagist's library for this repository, which only shows the 3.0 beta: https://packagist.org/packages/php-debugbar/doctrine-bridge
It's possible the automatic push hook needs to be updated or reactivated for it. GitHub's pretty bad about suspending actions for inactivity.
