Qawk — an over-the-air update server for fleets of devices
Copyright (C) 2026 Luca Padovan
This program is free software: you can redistribute it and/or modify it under
the terms of the GNU Affero General Public License as published by the Free
Software Foundation, either version 3 of the License, or (at your option) any
later version.
This program is distributed in the hope that it will be useful, but WITHOUT
ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS

details.
You should have received a copy of the GNU Affero General Public License along
with this program. If not, see <https://www.gnu.org/licenses/>.
If you run a modified version of Qawk and let anyone interact with it over a
network, section 13 of the AGPL requires you to offer those users the source
of your modified version. Keeping this notice, and the attribution in the
console's About page, is how that offer stays findable.
ADDITIONAL PERMISSION UNDER AGPL-3.0 SECTION 7
As a special exception, the copyright holder of Qawk gives you permission to
combine Qawk with the files in server/reference/ that are licensed under the
Eclipse Public License 2.0, and to convey the resulting work. You must still
comply with the AGPL in all other respects, and with the EPL-2.0 in respect of
those files.
This exception exists because Qawk embeds Eclipse hawkBit's own API
descriptions in order to serve, at /v3/api-docs, a document listing exactly
the operations it implements — so that a generated client cannot be built
against an operation that is not there.

TRADEMARKS
The documentation site draws the marks of the languages its code samples are
written in -- cURL, Python, JavaScript, Go and PowerShell -- on the tabs that
choose between them. Each is an approximation built from paths and letterforms
in docs/assets/js/logos.js; none is a rights holder's own file. They are used
nominatively, to say which language a sample is in, and imply no endorsement by
or affiliation with the Python Software Foundation, the Go authors, Microsoft
Corporation or the curl project.
hawkBit is a trademark of the Eclipse Foundation. Qawk is an independent
implementation of the published hawkBit protocols and is not affiliated with,
endorsed by, or a product of the Eclipse Foundation.
