Policy change: Add CIP (Community Improvement plan) Issue type for the Openclaw/Community Git, to be used by the community (dishord etc). #5

Description

@Jonohobs

Summary

Create a new issue type, in the openclaw/community repository, for the community improvement plan, RFC.

New Issue Type name: 'Community improvement plan'.

Current policy section

No current pollicy. The closest issue type is 'policy change request'

Proposed change

This change introduces an RFC-style community improvement plan issue-type in the Openclaw/community repository.

New Issue Type name: 'Community improvement plan'

Rationale

Adhoc conversations are rarely materializing into action - in part due to a lack of effective record keeping.

Leveraging the openclaw/community git-repository issues-section will provide a centralized place for members of the community to propose and discuss improvements.

Impact / enforcement notes

CIPs will follow conventional RFC guidelines.

Alternatives considered

More Adhoc conversations that rarely materialize.
