Specify which license you mean exactly, e.g. CC BY 4.0 and add a link. For the footer, use the license chooser below (in addition to the current text).
(Also, "You can do whatever you want with the data, just make sure to credit the MapSwipe contributors." may be innacurate, depending on your license and/or other terms.)
