Adding Reactions

Add reactions to posts. Reaction is one of of 8 emojis that people can mark individual posts and hence you can have counts of reactions and they could be indicative by giving additional context; e.g. a high count of "thumbs up" indicates people think it's a good idea, etc.

There is (reactions) in the codebase, but it is not being used.

I am increasingly skeptical of the forge concept. They will be us for the foreseeable future, so this package also won't go away. But I lost my motivation to eventually support all features. I will keep adding support for more features, but I have to draw the line somewhere, and this doesn't make the cut -- it has too much of a "addictive social-network feature" feel to it.
