There was no activity for a while, single PR to bump this lib to .net 7 (now .net 8 is needed) is hanging with no updates for almost a year...
Are there any plans to support the lib or achive it?

Yes this is still alive, despite the long delay.
I'm planning on updating the .net versions and dependencies, so there should be a new version published in the coming weeks.
