Open File from Colab URL

This may be out of scope for this extension, since it has less to do with running on colab remotes and more to do with general colab workflows:
Is it possible to add some command in the command palette to open a colab notebook from its URL (if it's public, or belongs to / shared with the logged user)?

The idea is:

• Choose the command from command palette (say, "Import Notebook from Colab URL")
• Pull the notebook to local cache
• Open new editor

Does that make sense?
