[RFE] Expansion of a cluster.

When one attempts to expand a cluster using peer-probe[1], with an existing volume in the cluster, though the node gets added, it stays out of sync with the cluster.
Output[2] of:
$ gluster peer status
This[3] might be a possible resource for this issue.
