Problem into creating a table

I recently came into having issues with flextable. It used to work on last week but I encounter an error in compilation since yersteday. I check and update the package today but still there's no imporvement and I can't solve the error. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm craeating a markdown to automate ppt reporting and i get the error when I render but also when i try to compute the inline chunks only.

Here's the code :
`annee=c(2020,2022,2024)
n=c(1,7,2)

data.frame(annee,n) %>%
flextable()`

Sorry, I can't reproduce. If it was working last week you probably changed something but that's not guess-able :)
