It's a simple mvn clean install that they have to perform (builds in a few seconds). However, I agree with you; we should deploy the artifacts to Maven Central. I'll look into this.

Git and maven are a major issue for people who dont know how to use the shell OR Windows users ;)
(I learned this during the last flink training at flink forward)
