Maybe we can drop a comment in the previous Meetup page with a link to a form? How long does the testimonial need to be (for consistency)? One paragraph or something?

I'd say ca. 140 characters, a tweet's length :)
A form would be great, could go together with a general feedback form that we share the link for at the end of the day!
Anyone wants to won this and create a simple googleform?

When we were meeting at Bastians place we were thinking that maybe a questionnaire on paper that we hand out near the end of the day and a box to put it in would be more likely to be filled out. I believe it’s more likely that people respond if they can do it right there.
But a form to additionally put up on meet up would maybe also be a good idea?

At our meeting I said I would take care of a feedback questionnaire, but I won’t have the time before saturday. I also want to talk to Cath, I think she also put her name up for that on the TODO list.
