Less bouncy heads?

Can anyone recommend less bouncy heads or pads for e-drums?

I consider mesh heads to be way too bouncy in comparison to the heads of an acoustic set.

LLMs tend to point me towards the Yamaha TCS silicone pads, but I kind of doubt that.
Another option may be an Aquarian Superpad with a Piezo below, but I've never owned a Superpad to judge its bounciness.

I also tried the drum-tec "real feel" mesh heads, but imho they are only better than other mesh heads by a minimal degree.
