HELP! Installing Edrumulus on ESP32 S3

I bought an Esp32 s3 WROOM 1 but i can't get it to work properly. I already installed espessif board and all the requirements.

Is there anything that i should change on the Arduino IDE other than the com port and board?

The GUI detects the esp32 S3 and having note 38 triggering. But when i use it in EZdrummer and set the edrumulus out on the midi. It doesn't give midi trigger at all

I have encountered an issue again. I bought an Esp32 s3, and flash the .ino file, the gui works, the ezdrummer sees the EdrumulusOut but no response to the ezdrummer. The GUI shows the signal note 38 but ezdrummer doesn't show any response at all even i select the edrumulus in the midi settings. Even in my DAW, same issue.

But when i use hairless and loopmidi, the esp32 works as intended.

I haven't used Edrumulus on Windows for a long while. Have you tried to connect EdrumulusIn? I remember that there is an issue with the naming of the MIDI ports. But I may be wrong.

What OS are you using?

I am using Linux mainly.

@corrados why is that ESP32-S3 only use 13 ADC pins instead of 15 adc pins like the ESP32?

There is no Edrumulus prototype using ESP32-S3. So, I just did the ADC pin assignment for initial testing. Feel free to use any other assignment with your prototype.

I tried the esp32 S3 and assigning gpio pins into every pads. But the problem i ran into is the tom3 doesn't work at all but crash 2 works. But when i delete the crash 2 pin assignment, and use only until tom3, the gpio pin i assigned doesn't work.

Okay. Thank you so much @corrados, all pads are now working. I hope it will work when i build all the pads i needed
