NOTICE — asserted rights
================================================================================
Copyright © 2025–2026 Tsvetan Rouschev (legal name: Tsvetan Roustchev).
ORCID: https://orcid.org/0009-0000-7312-9778
Contact: ceci@psg.bg
All rights reserved except those expressly granted by the licence in LICENSE.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. COPYRIGHT
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Protection arises automatically on creation and requires no registration or
notice (Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works,
Art. 5(2)). This notice is therefore declaratory, not constitutive. It is given
because in some jurisdictions a visible notice removes a defence of innocent
infringement in mitigation of damages (for example 17 U.S.C. § 401(d)).
The work comprises the source code, the computed artifacts generated from it
(README.md, MANIFEST.md, hero.svg, the dist surfaces), the prose, and the
compiled registries described in section 3.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
2. MORAL RIGHTS
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The author asserts the moral rights of attribution and of integrity of the work
(Berne Convention, Art. 6bis). Under Bulgarian and EU law these rights are
personal and inalienable and subsist independently of the economic rights
licensed in LICENSE.
The author further asserts the right to be identified as the author of this work
under sections 77 and 78 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (United
Kingdom), where that right must be asserted in writing to be enforceable.
Attribution must name the author and, where a persistent identifier is used, the
ORCID above. Removing or replacing the attribution — including by ingestion into
a system that reproduces the work or substantial parts of it without credit —
engages this right independently of the licence terms.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
3. SUI GENERIS DATABASE RIGHT
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The author claims the sui generis database right in the compiled registries in
this repository — including the theorem registry (THEOREM_ATOM_SEED), the crack
provenance ledger (CRACK_LEDGER), the demarcation registry, and the sealed fold
corpus — on the basis of substantial investment in obtaining, verifying and
presenting their contents (Directive 96/9/EC, Art. 7, as transposed in Bulgarian
law). This right subsists independently of copyright in the individual entries
and is claimed for extraction or re-utilisation of the whole or of a substantial
part of any of those registries.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
4. LICENCE
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International
(CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) — see LICENSE, https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/
The licence grants use with attribution, for non-commercial purposes, without
derivatives. It does not transfer copyright, does not waive the moral rights
asserted above, and does not license the database right beyond what CC BY-NC-ND
itself covers. Commercial use, or use producing derivative works, requires
separate written permission from the author.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
5. PRIORITY AND FIXATION
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Deposited record: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.21787144
"Quantum Proofs of the Clay Millennium Problems v1.0", Rouschev, Tsvetan,
2026-08-04. The deposit fixes authorship and date. Its TITLE reflects claims
the author withdrew on 2026-08-20 after audit; the withdrawal is recorded in
CITATION.cff, HONESTY.md and src/pair/publication, and no Clay Millennium Prize
Problem is claimed to be proved by this work. The deposit is cited here for
priority and attribution, not for its title.
Additional fixation evidence: the git history of this repository, and the
content-addressed seals (merkle roots) recomputed by `npm run verify:all`, each
of which binds a state of the corpus to a reproducible address.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6. WHAT IS *NOT* CLAIMED
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Stated explicitly, because an overreaching claim is as false as an overreaching
proof and this repository's whole discipline is against both:
- No patent is claimed. No application has been filed and no patent rights are
asserted over any method, algorithm or arrangement described here.
- No registered trade mark is claimed in any name or mark used here.
- No rights are claimed over third-party work cited or referenced, which
remains that of its authors: Grover (1996), Shor (1997), Nielsen & Chuang
(2010), Hamming (1950), Goeppert Mayer and Jensen, Perelman (2002–03), the
Mathlib and Lean projects, the Clay Mathematics Institute problem statements,
and every other source named in the corpus.
- No claim is made to the mathematical facts themselves. A theorem is not
ownable; what is claimed is this expression, arrangement, and compilation
of it.
- No moral or legal claim is asserted over the Millennium Prize Problems, and
no prize entitlement of any kind is claimed.
