Option to disable collector locally

Hello,

Is there a way to disable completely the collector ?
When running locally, BUILDKITE_ANALYTICS_TOKEN is not set so we end up constantly with the following annoying warnubg :
buildkite-test-collector - WARNING - No BUILDKITE_ANALYTICS_TOKEN environment variable present
